Supported file formats
PDF guides — Compatible with any device including phones, tablets, and computers. Can be opened with free tools such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview (Mac), or any modern web browser.
Spreadsheets & templates — Delivered as .xlsx or .csv files, compatible with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Apple Numbers.
Frequently asked questions
What if I don't receive my email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. Automated emails occasionally get filtered. If you still can't find it within 15 minutes of purchase, contact us and we will resend your files promptly.
Can I re-download my files later?
Yes. Your download link remains active so you can re-download at any time. If your link has expired, reach out to us with your order details and we will send you a fresh link.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. All Grow Reads products are digital only. Nothing will be shipped to a physical address. If you require a printed copy, you are welcome to print the files at home or through a local print shop.
Is there a shipping fee?
Never. Because all products are delivered digitally, there are zero shipping or handling charges — ever.
Can I share or resell the files?
Grow Reads products are licensed for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling the files is not permitted under our terms of use.
